Collection (Free): We’ll message you when your order is ready.

Courier (R100 flat): 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping for orders ≥ R1000.

Lead time: Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 days to print before dispatch.

Colours: “Limited colours” means small batch availability—shades may vary slightly.

Damaged/Faulty on arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund (we cover return courier if defective).

Change of mind: Within 7 days, unused and in original condition—refund or exchange (return courier at customer’s cost).

Customised items: Non-returnable unless faulty.

3-month workmanship warranty on prints (excluding normal wear and heat/impact damage).
